Is this official Hetzner infrastructure?
Yes. The servers are hosted in Hetzner data centers. We work with the infrastructure as a reseller and handle ordering, payment, initial setup, and customer support.
Who is the server registered to?
The server is ordered through the ABCD.HOST business account and our Moldovan company. You receive the rental service, credentials, and technical assistance through us.
Can a company or an individual pay for the server?
Yes. A company can pay by bank transfer, and payment by an individual is also available. If you need an invoice, completion certificate, or other documents, tell us before ordering.
Can you install Windows Server or Linux?
Yes. We can install Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022, Windows 10 Pro, or a Linux distribution for your workload. For RDP use, we also perform the basic remote-access setup.
Can you help migrate my project?
Yes. We can help migrate websites, databases, 1C, VPS instances, RDP environments, trading terminals, and other business services. It is best to agree on the scope before ordering.
What if I need the server urgently?
Message us on Telegram or place an order in the Client Area. If the selected configuration is still available at auction, activation usually starts within 30 minutes; in some cases it may take up to 24 hours.
Will I have KVM/IPMI access?
Yes. For Hetzner dedicated servers, you can request a free 3-hour KVM Console session twice per day. Longer access, such as a full 24-hour session, is billed separately.
What about backups?
We help choose a backup scheme, estimate storage requirements, select a storage option, and, if needed, configure backups for the project or work environment.
Do you provide a contract, invoice, and closing documents?
Yes. We work under the public offer published on the website. Invoices, completion certificates, and other required documents are available according to the agreed service format.
What traffic allowance and network speed do Hetzner servers include?
Every current Hetzner dedicated server configuration on this page includes a 1 Gbps port and unlimited traffic, with no monthly data-transfer allowance.
